In January of 2004,CEIF organized a Caribbean Cruise. We had 73 fellow brothers and sisters in Christ come together to relax and enjoy God's many wonderful creations.

In 2005, CEIF organized a trip to Turkey. There was a small group that participated in this journey, including a pastor from Iowa who won a Pastor's Appreciation contest we held.

On November 4, 2006 CEIF organized a 9 day inspirational tour to the Holy Lands. We had 15 fellow brothers and sisters in Christ embark on this journey.

On June 8-15, 2008 CEIF celebrated its 35th anniversary by organizing an Alaska Cruise. We had 84 fellow brothers and sisters in Christ come together to celebrate not only God's blessings upon the ministry, but also to marvel in God's majestic creations.
